WIKIs
Websites where content can be edited by any visitor to the site. An obvious, but excellent example of a WIKI is WIKIPEDIA which is an online encyclopaedia providing free content to all visitors, where any visitor can also add their own information or make corrections simply by clicking the 'edit this page' link an to enable other users to better understand a subject. Its standards are effectively policed by other users.

Then, integrate billing, moderation tools for platform, remuneration for video owners, and inbound and outbound marketing tools, with a full suite of online admin and reporting tools.

Of course all the functionality in the world wouldn't count for anything if users weren't able to download the optimal video for user's handsets.
